When I was placing my order, I transferred the required BTC amount to their wallet. The transaction appeared to go through, but I didn’t get any booking confirmation at all.

I reached out to their support via Telegram (after trying emails and Facebook with no luck), and they assured me that my coins would be returned every day for the past three days.

However, after I posted about the issue on TrustPilot, things got sorted out in just an hour.

I then attempted to make the same booking again, and guess what? The BTC was sent, but once more, no confirmation came through.

I’ve just contacted their support team again—let’s see how this plays out.

It’s been four days now, and the only updates I get are from the support team promising that the refund will happen today, every single day. One rep says it’ll be done today, while another tells me it’ll take 'some time.' The support is terrible, and their communication with other departments seems to be nonexistent.

Do yourself a favor and don’t send your hard-earned cash to this platform. If your order doesn’t go through, you’ll be stuck waiting for your refunds indefinitely.

I definitely wouldn’t recommend this site—beware!

I booked my flight to Spain 24 hours ago and paid using bitcoin. I haven't received a flight confirmation number yet. I've tried reaching out to XcelTrip through the phone number listed in the app and have sent several emails, but no one has replied! At this point, I'm still waiting for a response or a refund for my bitcoins.

Edit: I’m not here to push Destinia. Just sharing my honest thoughts. Eventually, the issue got sorted out after a barrage of emails. But that doesn’t change how I feel or my star rating. Sure, it got resolved, but that doesn’t make up for the delays and the hassle of waiting so long for a refund (which cost me money due to the drop in bitcoin value).

I usually use Destinia, so I thought I’d try these guys. I booked a hotel using bitcoin, paid up, and then... crickets. I waited 12 hours for a confirmation and got nada. Reached out to support, and still nothing.

They totally ripped me off for 0.1 bitcoin.

Stick with Destinia; at least they have a phone number for support if things go sideways. You should never trust a company that doesn’t even offer a phone line for help.
